"With my daughters in sports and being a single mom there are always worries that something is going to happen and I won’t be able to afford big bills like hospital bills but then Laurena introduced me to a policy that pays me if we need to go to urgent care or the hospital and it really helps! Laurena is the best and she always looks out for customers needs and is so sweet! I recommend contacting her to everyone! "We called State Farm because we were shocked at our new very high premium (we have never submitted a claim in over 30 years) and wanted to find ways to lower the amount. Keara Cottrell took our call and listened to our concerns, and later in the same day sent us a comprehensive email with some options we could consider to lower our premium. We appreciate her help and prompt response."

"Mimi B was very helpful when calling into the office. Switching insurance on new vehicles can be stressful but Mimi was able to quickly help in getting the new insurance card to show proof of insurance to the dealer. Very efficient and friendly."

"I spoke to David Lazzaro today because I needed to add my daughter to my policy and discuss discounts. He was able to give me different quotes based on these discounts, which helped me to lower my premium somewhat. I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness very much!"

"Trash agency, zero customer support, scam you with a rate then raise it almost 50% over two years. They were useless with an accident I got into where I was at zero fault (weather) and did absolutely nothing to help. Run from this agency Karen Michaels is TERRIBLE agent to use and id recommend not even using statefarm because of her. Reminder that she is a fraud and hires incompetent morons that are told to screw customers as much as possible. 200% rate increase over 6 months. Explain it all you want you all are scam artists and this is why Karen couldn’t find anything profitable for her other than selling insurance. You’re a joke and deserve to lose your agency Edit: was told I would receive a call back and the manager, Tracy even confirmed I had reason to be upset. Over a week later and no call. Your comment like all else your little agency does is irrelevant and a lie because youve offered no explanation and simply "we will call you back""

"This is the worst agent in statefarm and should have her agency taken away. Once they have your money dont expect any help. Disgusting owner with absolutely terrible employees. They will SCREW you on claims and/or just not do anything to help the process. Also they will LIE to you when you sign up about rates and covered events. RUN"

"I have wonderfull experience talked to Ms. Raffa. I needed Auto and Rental insurances, she explained everything and was able to helping and gave me good bundle price for both and I was satisfied compared with my previous insurance which increased my premium. Ms. Raffa is very courteous, helpful and understanding. Overall, I am very satisfied with State Farm and the Staff."
