Karen Michaels

Keara has worked for Karen Michaels State Farm since 2016 on our Customer Care Team. She is married to her high school sweetheart, John, and they have a baby girl born in July of 2017. She loves spending time with family, especially on Sundays, supporting the local Baltimore Football Team. She has lived in Cecil County for 23 years and graduated from North East High School in 2010.

Tracie has been in the insurance industry for over 27 years and a team member of Karen Michaels State Farm since 2008. Tracie is licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania; and experienced in servicing all personal and commercial policies. She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her young granddaughter.

Working in both North East since 2008 as well as our Elkton location, Chris' experience includes financial services, life, health, commercial, auto, & home insurance. In 2013, Chris received the LUTCF designation from The American College. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors. Chris holds a Masters Degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelors degree from Towson University. Chris is a lifetime Maryland resident and is licensed in MD, DE, and PA.

Jose is originally from South Jersey and has been a State Farm Team Member since 2012. He enjoys assisting customers and helping them to understand their insurance and protect their income and assets. Jose has two small dogs that he likes to spend time with and enjoys his hobby of working on computers when he's not at work.

Laurena has been a local State Farm team member since she was a student helping out part-time, giving her over 12 years of experience in serving Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania insurance policies. She and her husband recently welcomed a 2nd child and enjoy spending time with their family and pets.

Krystal grew up in the Cecil County area and lives locally. She has been a State Farm team member since 2012 and is our Director of First Impressions and in-office claims professional. She and her husband enjoy outdoor activities with their Labrador Retriever, and also enjoy travelling to the beach and mountains.

Laurielle grew up in Baltimore City, MD and graduated from The Patterson Business & Finance Academy in 1997. She's been a State Farm team member since 1997 and enjoys nature hikes, international travel and photography. She and her husband have 2 kids that they're raising in nearby Harford County.
