"Mimi was so great to me when I called i was very upset from the run around and back and fourth she made me feel like my concerns were important took the time to talk with me and get the answers I couldn't get any where else took the time out of her day to help she is an asset to state farm and at this point the only reason im staying she should train the some of the claim staff and she needs a raise"

"Really don't appreciate your employees laughing at me while I'm trying to figure out my bill. When I've told her that I paid everything the app has told me to pay she proceeds to laugh at me and tells me that the app doesn't work half of the time with payments and instead of helping me she proceeds to laugh at me. I do not appreciate that, that was very disrespectful of your employee to do that. If I could give zero Stars I would."
