"I spoke to Mikal, At State Farm customer service. I was calling in reference to see if I could get my car insurance lower. He was extremely helpful. Listen to my concerns about my bill. See where we could cut cause he asked me how much mileage I put on my car he asked me a different questions about coverage if I wanted to update it or keep it where it was explained to me as far as what the numbers would be if I updated a little bit in all the categories, and he was extremely helpful very easy to understand. Ended up that he will be saving me money with all that the different options and cost savings that would be available to me, I’m a 67-year-old retired man, and I don’t drive that much. And he was very thorough and on point, and I appreciate him so very, very much. At one point I got him disconnected because I was walking out to my car to get the mileage and he was trying to get a hold of me to make sure he continued my conversation so that was really great too. Great customer service had nothing for praising for him to be so thorough so much empathy and understanding why was trying to figure out if there was any more savings I could come and he had so many options.
